Shipping policy
General Terms and Conditions of Sale
All orders are processed within 1 or 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
National shipping rates
The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Most products are FREE SHIPPING.
Shipments are only made in Switzerland.
Collection in the shop
You can skip the shipping costs with free local collection. After placing your order and selecting the local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please wait 24/48 hours for the tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 4 days of receiving the shipment confirmation email, please contact us at shop@softpox.ch with your name and order number, and we will process it for you.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and will refund the full amount of the order.
The return costs are at your expense.
In case your order arrives damaged in any way, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible to shop@softpox.ch with your order number and a picture of the article conditions. We will deal with them case by case, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
